Learning 2010 Details:

 
Location

Learning 2010 will be held Sunday, October 24 – Wednesday, October 27, 2010 at Disney’s Coronado Springs Convention Center. The conference opening session will begin on Sunday evening at 7:29 pm and the event will conclude on Wednesday at 11:30 am.
The main conference hotel will be Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort.

The room rate for Learning 2010 is $149 per night + taxes.  You may book your room online (through the link above) or by calling Disney Group Reservations at 407-939-1020, mention you are part of Learning 2010 to get the block rate.

Conference Tuition Rates:

Learning 2010 Early Rate
$1295 for Corporate Attendees

$1195 for Consortium members, Government, Academics and Non-profits

On June 30th the rate will change to the Learning 2010 Advanced Rate
$1395 for Corporate Attendees

$1295 for Consortium members, Government, Academics and Non-profits

On September 15th the rates will go to the Regular Learning 2010 Rate

$1495 for Corporate Attendees

$1395 for Consortium members, Government, Academics and Non-profits

Refund Policy: If circumstances or policies change in your organization, we want to reduce risk for you and your company, so there will be no cancellation penalties for any Learning 2010 participant through October 10th. Cancellations between October 10th and October 23rd will incur a $100 cancellation fee. After October 23rd, there will be no refunds. No-shows will be responsible for the entire tuition amount. Substitutions may be made at any time. 

If you are looking to use 2009 Dollars:

If you are looking to use 2009 dollars, please make sure you register by Wednesday, December 30th. 
Registrations made between December 24th and December 30th will be processed on Thursday morning, December 31st and a receipt will be sent to you at that time.
